Our Story

Starting from Real Knowledge Work

JingMind started from a simple observation: many companies know AI matters, but implementation gets stuck on scenario selection, data preparation, tool integration, and team habits. The result is often purchased tools, completed training, impressive demos, but no daily usage.

Our team has practiced AI in consulting and knowledge work for a long time. We understand common enterprise inefficiencies: repeated material organization, reports starting from scratch, project experience failing to accumulate, cross-system lookup by hand, and employees not knowing how AI fits their tasks.

So JingMind is not positioned as pure software outsourcing. We deliver through consulting diagnosis, training, Agent development, and continuous iteration: find the right scenario, build the first usable version, and teach the team how to use it.
